    First, a sharp and witty punchline which caused me to applaud you silently. Then, a reference to “Mork and Mindy” consisting of nothing more than a funny noise. Which caused me to laugh out loud.

    There’s something about the last three frames which gives the line a sense of being delivered with perfect comedic timing, as though it were being acted out in real time instead of just being read.

    +1 to Brian’s comment. I did not attend such a prestigious university though which should be evident due to the fact that I include things like “+1″ in my comments. While I didn’t laugh out loud, there was plenty of silent applause going on in my room. The pacing in those last three panels is actually quite remarkable and I can’t put my finger on what exactly you did but there’s a lot of implied motion in the last frame. I can almost see her finger bending.
